New Dinner Menu!
If you haven’t visited The Grandview Restaurant & Lounge recently, you’re in for an all new culinary experience. A new Dinner Menu prepared by Chef Joe, features an impressive array of delicious new entrées. Here is a sample of a few items:
Steamed Salmon with bok choy, black rice, golden raisins, red beet sauce and pear cream.
Shrimp and Scallop Scampi sautéed with a white wine and garlic butter sauce, peas and sundried tomatoes, tossed with fettuccine.
Vegetable Curry with jasmine rice, tofu, peas, carrots, peppers, celery, onions and tomatoes with a homemade coconut, curry sauce. Available with Chicken Breast or Shrimp.
8 oz. Filet grilled and served with celeriac sauce, Parmesan and melted leek mashers and sautéed Italian squash.
Duck 2 Ways. Seared breast and confit duck leg with mushroom risotto, duck demi-glace and steamed asparagus.
Italian Sausage, Fennel & Pasta. Pappardelle pasta tossed with house made Italian sausage, fennel and rich red tomato sauce.
Wine Dinner & Wine Tasting Scheduled
The Grandview Restaurant & Lounge will be holding a Duckhorn Decoy Wine Dinner on November 12th. Duckhorn Vineyards has been crafting distinctive Bordeaux wine varietals including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc for over 30 years. The cost is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
Join us for our Hidden Gems of California Wine Tasting on December 2nd from 7-9 pm. Fabulous wines will include: Stonestreet, Hartford Court, Atalon, Cardinale, La Jota, Lokoya, Archipel and Verite. In addition to wine, we will also be featuring a Wisconsin Cheese Maker and Afternoon Tea Delights. The cost is $20 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
These special dining events are perfect opportunities to unwind with family and friends, enjoy good drink and great food.
